This regulation also applies to individuals who invest at least 500,000 dollars or invest in banks or foreigners who employ at least 50 Turkish citizens. Besides, foreigners can purchase real estate without paying VAT according to the new regulation. However, they cannot sell these properties for at least 1 year.

The person who buys the housing, his spouse and all children under the age of 18 can also get citizenship rights. So we cannot say the same for children who are 18 years investing in Turkey.
